“You’re Just Not Good Enough…”

Girl, Are You Prepared To Kill That Lie?

To Be a Calm, Confident, Beautiful Badass?

Does this sound familiar?

You see a cute guy at work, out, or at the bar and think to yourself,

“You should just walk over and say hey.”

You feel good, stand up tall, and as you’re about to make your move, you hesitate.

You’ve not worked out in months. He wouldn’t be interested in you.”

No, not again, this time you’ll talk to him. You try to move again.

“Your dress just doesn’t fit right.”

What are you going to say?”

“Make sure it’s funny, oh, and clever, you don’t want to come across as dumb.”

Your throat tightens. You feel small.

“What if he turns me away?”

“What if he has a girlfriend?”

“Makes a scene?”

“Says you’re ugly, boring, UNLOVABLE?”

Your breath becomes short and you’re suddenly sweating like a maniac. The excuses start to build up.

“Okay, okay, stop being silly. Go to the bathroom, compose yourself and then, then go and speak to him.”

And maybe, maybe your mirror pep talk works, but when you next set your sights on him, it’s too late, another girl is there twirling her finger through her hair and they’re both laughing and having a great time.

See, how many times do I have to tell you;

“You’re just not good enough.”

  • Do you long to silence your inner critic?
  • To get permission to start enjoying your life?
  • Do you long to feel confident in your body and personality?
  • To summon the courage to actually go after your desires?
  • To, for once, be the girl laughing and twirling her hair?

Will you still be alone five years from now because you’re crippled by fear of judgments?

What amazing memories will you miss because you just couldn’t make that move?

Is your low confidence hurting your bank balance?

Does this sound familiar?

You work your ass off, but always seem to be last in line for promotion. You think to yourself;

“You should just book a meeting to talk about a pay raise.”

You write the email, check it twice, and as you go to hit send, you hesitate.

“What if they think you’re asking for too much?

You definitely didn’t make their last project perfect.”

You try to send again, but the criticism won’t stop.

“What if they’re offended?

What if you sound bossy?

Difficult?

ENTITLED?”

Come on, we get along great, just send the email.

“What if they discover that you’re completely unqualified for this job?

That you’re a fraud?

What if you get fired?”

Delete, delete, delete. It’s better to keep your job than to make a little more.

“See, how many times do I have to tell you;”

“You’re just not good enough.”

  • Do you long to have your abilities valued?
  • To feel worthy of the pay that your work deserves?
  • Do you wish you could just silence the fears preventing you from controlling your career direction?
  • To, for once, be the one getting rewarded for your work

In 5 years, how much money will you have missed out on because you just couldn’t ask for the raises you deserve?

What amazing places could recognition of your talents take your life instead?

And what about your love life?

Maybe you constantly end up with romantic partners that you think are too good for you, and so you let them walk all over you?

How amazing would your relationships look if you were confident in yourself, your value and what you bring to them?

Perhaps when a guy does show an interest in you, you’re so overjoyed that you end up acting needy, or a little crazy, and you scare him off?

What deep friendships are you missing out on, because you misinterpret any man’s attention as a sign of love?

Maybe there’s someone successful that you admire at an event, and fear of your abilities keeps you from approaching them to ask for advice?

What dreams and ambitions will go unfulfilled because you couldn’t find the courage to talk to those you admire?

What dreams and ambitions will go unfulfilled because you couldn’t find the courage to talk to those you admire?

The list of ways low confidence could be hurting your life is almost endless.

But Why?

Why can’t you for once just silence that bitch in your head for long enough to do what you really desire?

It’s complicated… But it definitely has roots in your past.

Does your childhood sound like any of these?

School made you feel stupid:

You struggled to understand what was happening in school, or maybe you felt very smart or talented, and then moved to a new school or college and suddenly that identity was destroyed, you felt dumb. You may learn that you’re just “not good” at things, or you’ll let workaholism take over. You develop an understanding that the only way you’ll get ahead in life is to work harder, longer and for less pay than your skills might demand.

Society and the Media has created an impossible standard of “reality”:

This one isn’t necessarily a childhood problem! You’re overwhelmed with perfect views of the fittest, most successful, happiest, most attractive people, and there’s no way you can compare. How can you possibly measure up to the world’s expectations for you to be well put together, smart, funny, driven, but also compassionate and motherly? You understand that you’re full of imperfections, and this inadequacy means you’re unworthy of love and attention.

Your parents had impossibly high standards:

You grew up understanding that your parents expected greatness from you, perhaps for you to live out the life that they couldn’t. You learn that the only way for them to show you affection is to perform, and the standard is constantly moving. You develop an unrelenting perfectionism, constantly doubting that your work and life isn’t measuring up.

Your parents were uninvolved:

Your parents were always too busy to give you attention, perhaps they were focused on their career or trying to make enough to support you. You learn that you’re not worth noticing, and your achievements just aren’t that interesting or important.

You suffered trauma:

Physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, whether once, or for an extended time, created a searing shame for you. You learn that people aren’t to be trusted, that you’re worthless, powerless, and perhaps complicit or to blame for what happened to you.

You were bullied:

You were taunted and bullied about something as a child; saying something silly, your looks, interests or a mistake you made. You learn that you’re value is less than others, and carry around heavy shame. You develop an understanding that anyone who’s friends with you is either doing you a favor, or is a predator looking to use you. It’s hard to trust what’s real and what isn’t.

Religious beliefs made you feel perpetually sinful:

The beliefs of your family came into conflict with your thoughts, desires or actions. You feel constant guilt, conflict and self-loathing. You understand that you’re a bad person, and the only way to deal with this shame is to punish yourself mentally or physically, or perhaps to hide parts of your personality from others. You never learn who your authentic self is, and so can never feel confident in being her.

If any of these points left you feeling a knot in your stomach, I want to let you know that:

There is a world where you can shake off this need to be perfect, where you find confidence embracing YOU. Flaws and all.

The list of ways low confidence could be hurting your life is almost endless.

There is a world where you can shake off this need to be perfect, where you find confidence embracing YOU. Flaws and all.

All you need is a little help shifting your perspective.

And I’d love nothing more than to help you unlock that fierce badass goddess within you.

Trust me, I’m an expert at this whole “figuring yourself out” stuff.

  • Crippled by impossible perfectionism? Yep.
  • Self harming due to thoughts against my religious beliefs? That was me.
  • Sexual trauma left me feeling at fault? Unfortunately so.
  • Incapable of asking for fair pay? Only at every job I’ve ever had.
  • Divorced by my mid twenties? Good job Taryn, just killing it at being an adult.

Girl, I just want you to know that I get it.

As well as having been exactly where you are, I’ve also helped coach many women through their confidence and self worth issues, each with very different backgrounds.

So as I said, all that is required to find true self confidence is to make a perspective change and to put the practice.

But before that, here are a few things that DON’T magically make you confident:

Confidence doesn’t come from faking it til you make it. It isn’t just standing in a power pose, or maintaining eye contact or having a firm handshake.

Confidence isn’t having funny or interesting conversation starters or pickup lines.

True confidence isn’t something you can fake, it’s something you build.

It’s deeper than that.

To be confident, you have to not only understand your authentic self; what you actually give a shit about, but you also need to live that way.

You need to make yourself a priority.

You need to internalize an understanding that EVERYONE is just as crippled by doubt and insecurity as you.

Everyone is living a fake life, wishing they could just be their authentic self without the fear of rejection.

So when you do embody your authentic awesomeness, when you stop caring what everyone else thinks, will some people hate? Occasionally.

But the vast majority of people will be in awe of you, having the courage to do what they never believed they could.

And that can be scary.

It’s scary to not care about coworkers gossip, haters, and all of the thoughts and judgments others might have of you.

To stop being a “people pleaser”.

It’s scary to put yourself out there. To risk rejection.

But trust me, you can find your confidence.

Once you understand the relief, the lightness, the overwhelming power you feel just being, YOU, I guarantee you’ll kick yourself for not making yourself a priority sooner.

How would you feel:

  • Turning heads when magnetic energy and sex appeal flows out of you?
  • Having a light, calm brain free from constant overthinking about everything being “perfect”?
  • Chasing your dreams and desires, free from self-doubts telling you everything you “can’t” do.

Your success in your career, business, dating, relationships, even your very happiness is massively affected by your ability to confidently act on your authentic desires.

Confidence is  empowering, but the path to unleashing your badass goddess isn’t going to be easy.

I struggled for years trying to navigate this journey alone, but I’d like to show you a different path.

I’d love nothing more than to help you uncover your confidence, your power, and your authentic self.

So I’ve pulled together the most powerful tools I’ve used to successfully transform my life.

  • I left a broken marriage.
  • I sold all that I owned and left the US for a life of adventure traveling the world.
  • I left a job paying me far less than I was worth to launch my own yoga and coaching business helping women just like you.

None of this would have happened if I didn’t first learn to appreciate all of me, to trust my abilities, and to build the confidence and courage to live the life of my dreams, no matter what anyone else thought.

Are You Ready For This To Be You?

This is what a Strong, Confident, Independent Woman Looks Like!

“I am loving this confidence course! I love that I can do it at my own pace. I’m spending more time with podcasts, your guided meditations, and started journaling. It’s been powerful to journal using the prompts from your class rather than just the random crap from my head.”

– Katrina Call, Phoenix

I Found My Voice

Thank you thank you thank you for this! Any time I speak now, my voice remains strong and I am able to hear myself clearly.

I can feel the “good side” of me bloom back to life.

I’m now able to calm my anxious “Bitchy Bee“ side right down.

I feel wrapped in a warm cloud, ever so soft and gentle. I now feel calm and comforted that life is exactly where it’s meant to be in this moment.

– Bri Curro, Oregon

I’m Feeling So Powerful It Is Unbelievable.

You’ve helped me find inner strength that I have been missing for ages and made me confront myself and show all of the things I had hidden away.

I’m feeling so powerful, yet so calm and peaceful it is unbelievable.

I have never been so sure of myself or loved myself more than I do at this moment.

For the first time ever, a meditation broke me down to the point where I was sobbing.

How Do You Become a Calm, Confident, Beautiful Badass?

I wish there were some sort of magic pill or diploma like course you could complete to be certified “confident”, but unfortunately life doesn’t work that way!

So, instead of leaving you to sit around wishing for a miracle, I’ve built a Toolkit of my most transformative lessons and practices for unleashing your confident inner goddess.

The reason this is a “Toolkit” and not a course, is because building confidence requires repetition, self-discovery, and practice.

You can’t just follow a course A-Z and be done.

Anyone that tries to tell you otherwise is lying to you.

Repetition will teach you new lessons!

Maybe you’ve read a book, got some great take-aways from it, and then months or years later you read it again, and are surprised to learn completely new lessons?

This toolkit is just like those books!

The more work and repetition you put in, the more you will start to understand and overcome the deeper reasons that you lack confidence.

So, what’s included in this powerful toolkit?

  • 6 Video Lessons – These are the transformative teachings I share with my private coaching clients. Not only do you get these video lessons, but you also get the same workbooks that I share with my clients for each lesson. These hold your hand in processing and doing the inner work needed to embody each lesson.
  • Guided Meditations – Targeted meditations designed to get you tuned into the powerful badass that you are. As you practice starting your mornings off with confidence, you will find you maintain it longer and longer into your days.
  • Body Work – Yoga and breathing lessons specifically focused on using your body to feel confident, powerful and alive! Again, repeating these will start to leave you feeling secure and capable for longer and longer.
  • Bonus Resources – I want to give you every advantage I can to unlock your fierce side. I provide a list of all the other resources that have helped me transform my life through discovering my confidence. Amazing books, journal prompts, powerful affirmations, anything I’ve found that lead to a profound increase in my confidence.

I’m Need This! But Have Some Worries:

I’m here to help 🙂

Q:  $111 Would be a big investment for me

It’s totally normal to feel that way, I’ve been there myself. But consider it this way:

It’s good that you feel this is a big investment, because it means you will take this seriously. Reminding yourself not only of the work you’ll have to do to unlock your sexy inner goddess, but also the work you had to do to earn the money to pay for this toolkit, will help you stay dedicated when it gets hard (and it will get hard).

You’re going to uncover and face demons on the path to truly being confident as your authentic self, so make sure you’re ready, and then turn up determined, ready to make this work if it’s the last damn thing you do.

For another perspective, think back to how low confidence might actually be costing you money. How much better could your financial situation be if you found your powerful voice?

If you were able to silence your self-doubt and ask for the promotions you deserve?

If you could summon the courage to start your own business?

Q:  When do I access the course?

Immediately! As soon as you complete your payment, you’ll receive login details with  access to the online toolkit.

10 minutes from now you could start the journey that will allow you to go after all you desire!

Q: How long will I have access to the course?

You will have lifestyle access to the portal, including all of the videos, meditations, yoga classes, and workbooks. I’m also available to answer questions in the portal or by email.

Q: Do you allow refunds?

Off course. I want to make sure you really love the results the toolkit gives.

You get two whole weeks to test it out with zero risk.

If you’re unhappy in any way, you can email me for a refund during that time.

Q: Will I be allowed to download the course?

Yes, all of the content (videos, meditations, workbooks) are available to be downloaded and watched later on.

I’m Need This! But Have Some Worries:

Let’s take a deep breath, I’m here to help 🙂
