In 2013, I thought I was having the best year of my life. I just 21-years-old, I’d graduated college, got my big girl job, bought a house, and got married! I was checking off my life to do list…

It took me years of playing small to realize what I actually wanted: to travel the world as a badass entrepreneur.

I did the work to sort out my fear-based thoughts that kept me stuck and I did something really rebellious – filed for a divorce, sold all my belongings, and left my suburbia life behind me.

Since then, I’ve built two amazing businesses, traveled to nearly 30 countries, and fell deeper in love with myself. I wake up every day feeling grateful for my courage!

Every week, we will have a 90-minute group coaching video chat to review each lesson, including “take home” assignments to help you continue implementing the lessons each week.

Week One: Getting Cozy with Fear

We’re here to bust through the stigmas around mental health, especially anxiety and overthinking. In week one, we dive right into the importance of fear and how we can become more comfortable sitting with it. Fear is normal and it’s usually here to teach you something important.

Week Two: Get Out of Your Head & Into Your Body

We stay stuck in fear because we stay stuck in the body. This week, we’ll learn all the methods I use with my clients to release the fear blocks and drop into intuition. You’ll feel more in touch with your body, at ease with your mind, and thankful for your ability to shake it off! You’ll also discover some lifestyle changes to lessen the fear experienced on a regular basis.

Week Three: Fear 1 – “What Will They Say?”

Over the next three weeks, we’ll dive into three major fears that keep you playing small, starting with the people pleasing tendencies. When you care deeply about other people’s opinions, you forget about what’s important to you. It’s all about identifying whose opinions matter and setting strong boundaries!

Week Four: Fear 2 – “Am I Good Enough?”

The second major fear is all around your ability to do things. This is a big one when you feel the need to constantly prove your worth to others. You may be taking on extra work and deal with a lot of overwhelm. When questioning “can I really do this?” there is a need to identify the self doubt and rewrite the stories.

Week Five: Fear 3 – “What If…”

Okay, this one isn’t a specific fear, but a specific pattern. Do you find yourself thinking, “what if” a lot? “What if I’m a bad mom/girlfriend/friend?” “What if I can’t make money doing what I love?” “What if I fail?” This is overthinking at its finest and usually results in analysis paralysis, aka being stuck. We’ll identify the overthinking triggers and how to shut that shit down.

Week Six: Perfectionism Ain’t Workin’

Deep down, you know that perfectionism is bullshit and it’s no longer working for you. Let’s get clear on why we feel so attached to perfectionism and how to embrace being a badass human being instead. This is all about releasing judgements, dropping the extreme pressure to perform, and appreciating a “good enough” attitude.

Week Seven: Establish Control & Decisiveness

The number one trigger of anxiety? Feeling out of control… But here’s the thing – you can’t control most things. This week, we’ll identify what you can control and work through my methods for easier decision making. (Remember, no more analysis paralysis.)

Week Eight: Establish Faith & Self Belief

This is my favorite lesson because it’s all about stepping into the fun shit. When we establish a clear faith practice, we bring a continue stream of hope into our lives. No hope = depression, so this shit’s vital. It’s also essential that you believe in and fiercely love YOURSELF. This week is a final celebration of YOU and all the reasons why you are a glorious, badass, beautiful rebel who is worthy of anything she damn well pleases.

I’ve Quit Smoking And Started To Make My Peace a Priority

Yes, I’d like to share that since I have started, I have quit smoking cigarettes, which was a 10 year on/off habit. In the past, when stress would start to sneak into my thoughts, I’d smoke to relieve the stress. Not anymore. I’m either stretching, reading, or meditating, and that’s a victory for me!!

AND for September, I’m going to restart my yoga practice, as last time, I was battling some inner demons, making excuses for not having time, and, quite frankly, putting everyone’s needs before mine.

As a mama, I feel entirely responsible for putting my family first. I KNOW that I need to do something for myself, but feel so guilty about wanting that because I have a husband and children to tend to.
