Whether you are brand new to yoga or a longtime student, this challenge is designed to teach you new moves in a fun way. We will be goofy, strong, and eager to try more. Plus, you don't need anything other than a yoga mat and an open mind. This program is designed to require little equipment, so you can practice from anywhere in the world and with little space required. Plus, we had your busy lifestyle in mind. Each challenge class is only 10-25 minutes long, easy peasy.

What's included in the challenge?

  • Yoga lifestyle lessons - yoga is not just about the body. We will be learning new things each day related to mindset, the art of slowing down, wellness, breath work, and lifestyle habits.

  • Support - Taryn is available via email to answer your questions along the way and offer encouragement
Day One - Full Body

This 20-minute practice is the perfect introduction to yoga with a focus on Sun Salutations and moving with the breath. We chat about the power of breath to control our ability to relax.

Day Two - Building Strength

We are building strength in our upper body today and focusing on a yoga move called chaturanga, which is a yogi’s push-up. This class is 12 minutes and is designed to make you feel strong and powerful.

Day Three - Glute Toning

Did you know you are enough? This 20-minute class is all about toning the glutes and reminding you that no matter what, you are enough. But hey, why not add a perky booty to your amazing list of qualities?

Day Four - Deep Stretch

After a few days of building heat, we are slowing it down with a 17-minute deep stretch class. Today’s practice is all about the art of surrendering and letting go of things that no longer serve us as we open the hips.

Day Five - Core Work

Looking for more balance on and off the mat? We focus on building strength in the core to help us find stability and control within the body in only 16 minutes! You are totally capable of feeling balanced in your life – let’s do it!

Day Six - Grounding

This is our longest class and is still only 20 minutes long. We focus on what it means to be grounded as we bring our awareness to the quads and lower body. Get centered, clear, and rooted into your practice.

Day Seven - Pillow Yoga

Grab a pile of your fluffiest pillows and enjoy this self-guided restorative yoga practice. Today’s class is presented in a PDF for you to take at your own pace and enjoy the art of slowing down.

Day Eight - Sun Salutation Cardio

Bringing it back to basics! Today, we spend 20 minutes leaning Sun salutations II with a little mix of cardio. Get your blood pumping as we explore the theme of gratitude for ourselves, our bodies, and all that we are blessed with.

Day Nine - Arm Strength

Get ready to work the arms today and focus on opening the chest. We the chest, we bring awareness to the heart and are mindful of compassion, love, and kindness. This is 16-minutes of joy.

Day 10 - You're a Badass

In 10 minutes, we bring it back to the glutes and build some confidence. Our focus? How badass we are! Get ready to laugh a bit with this silly class.

Day Eleven - Upper Body Stretch

Time to stretch it out again. We spend 18 minutes stretching out the upper body, with a heavy focus on the neck and shoulders. Our theme is based around self-care and self-love. Don’t miss this one!

Day Twelve - Mindful Abs

When we focus on the present moment, it is easier to live a more mindful life. Our favorite way to focus? Core work! This 15-minute ab workout with get you clear and focused!

Day Thirteen - Yoga Leg Day

Ready for our final “work day” with 20 minutes of leg work. We also learn how to set intentions for our practice and for our day.

Day Fourteen - Restore

Our final class is another reminder that it is okay to slow down and relax. We have another PDF you can take at your own pace with a variety of yin/restorative poses designed to help the body rest.
