  • Wreck your relationships: Think self-sabotaging over thinking and reading into things that aren’t there. (I’ve done this!)
  • Wreck your dreams: Think about being stuck in one place with indecision or working yourself to burn out.

I haven’t always been in control.

In fact, I often share the story of when I found myself on the flood of my bathroom shower, in the middle of yet another panic attack.

For years, I allowed my anxiety to wreck my relationships by creating stories that didn’t really exist.

It drove me to exhaustion as I overworked myself, never thinking I was doing enough.

I felt extremely vulnerable when I wasn’t filling my time with “busy.”

Yoga was my salvation.

Okay, more like a gateway.

It gave me the first taste of what my life could be like without all the overthinking, of what it would feel like to be in my body and out of my busy mind.

This led me to meditation and break work.

Then, I began working with coaches and therapists to shift all my mindset.

But here’s the thing – I STILL get anxious.

Remember, it’s part of being human.

The big difference? I now have the tools to handle it .
