When I was first introduced to yoga, it truly changed my life. Throughout most of my life, I battled with sever anxiety and depression. It was exhausting and debilitating. My very first yoga class presented a miracle – a clear, focused mind. It was a wake up call to take my self care seriously.
But it took me years to truly figure it out (and let’s be real, it’s a work-in-progress). Even through the work of becoming a yoga teacher and building an amazing community around me in AZ, I was still suffering from panic attacks. I felt trapped and alone in a very broken marriage, but was too scared to leave.
As I continued teaching, I was introduced to miraculous tools that helped me transform into a more badass, confident version of myself. I finally had the courage to leave and make dramatic life shifts. I sold all my belongings and completely leaped into faith. Since then, I’ve been living out of my suitcase, traveling the world and sharing my message. Join me on this journey 🙂
