When you think of self care, what do you picture? Probably commercialized luxury products and bubble baths that only present a small fraction (if at all) of what self care is truly about.

Self care is the act of honoring your needs, but sometimes it takes a bit of practice to know what your needs are. Try asking yourself:

  • What is my body asking for right now?
  • Is my mental health needing anything?
  • How can I support my emotions right now?
  • Is my spirit/soul craving anything?

In this episode, I’ll walk you through ways of determining the answers to the questions posted. Then, I drop a giant list of self care ideas to get you excited about all the wonderful ways in which you can honor yourself and your needs.
