In this training, I want to show you how to actively take steps to choose feelings of love rather than feelings of fear. I’ll walk you through what it looks like to live in fear and how it holds us back. Then, we will see all that is possible when we live in love. 

I chat about identifying fears and false beliefs that are stopping us from our true potential. Once we can determine these fears, how can we work to move past them?

This workshop includes a free writing exercises to do throughout the episode. I suggest listening in when you have extra time to pause and actually do the writing exercises or chat about each question with a friend.
