“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” – Albert Einstein
I invite you to share a beautifully peaceful day with me near Lake Balaton in Hungary. Plus, I have a quick practice for you (at a winery) to boost some energy.
Before visiting the larger lake, we stopped for a quiet morning in the thermal waters of Lake Heviz. According to the locals, the lake has healing capabilities and was filled with people looking for their share. Their website explains that it is due to the type of microorganisms living in the water and the minerals, such as sulfur and magnesium, that can be found there. It definitely has an interesting smell.
After a nice swim (or rather, float) it began to drizzle pretty heavily over the lake. However, we did not let the rain ruin our parade! We headed off towards Lake Balaton.
If you get to this side of the world, I highly suggest a getaway to this part of the country. We visited the cutest town, Tihany. We weren’t here for long, but I feel like I could have spent a few relaxing days strolling through the adorable streets, shopping among the locals’ crafts, and enjoying the views of the lake.
Then, my favorite part of the day’s journey: to a WINERY! My heart flutters enthusiastically as soon as they mention the fun surprise. The winery, called Petrányi, was tucked into the quiet hillside overlooking the lake, with stunning views, delicious food, and a great variety of wines.
Needless to say, after a glass of wine and a morning of relaxing on the lake, I was in some serious need of a pick-me-up. So grateful I brought my mat, I found a quiet spot among the vines and did a quick practice to build some more energy…. and I filmed it for you to join me!
Hope you are feeling a little bit more awake, and maybe even enjoyed an imaginary trip over to Hungary with me for the day. Keep up with your practice, my friends! You all inspire me to continue with mine.
Best of love, Taryn
